About The Well Fed Kitchen

I started this blog after years of deliberation. I love to cook. I love to help people. I love to help people love to cook! I have learned over years and years of dieting that life is about more than the food we eat but the relationships and memories we make surrounding that food. I love to cook and see someone enjoy the food I create which is why I love to share these recipes with you all! 

After battling Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 16 I learned that diet and an active lifestyle can literally save your life, or at least save it from being that of a 60+ year old at the age of 16. (p.s. if you want to read about this there is a whole post depicting how I got where I am on the home page!)  I want people to learn that you can enjoy your food but still live your life to the fullest because you are YOUR healthiest that YOU can be!
