Deconstructed Guacamole Toast

This avocado toast is one of my favorites! It makes the best of both worlds come together. Avocados are a great source of fat and this is such a fresh way to eat them. I feel like avocado toast gets old and this is a good way to spice things up every once in awhile. Hope you all enjoy this simple and easy staple! 



2 pieces of bread, I use Canyon Bakehouse (GF) or Alvarado Street Bakery

1 avocado

4 slices of tomato

2 slices of red onion

lime wedge

2 eggs 


garlic powder


1. toast bread

2. cut avocado and mash

3. slice tomato and onion

4. smear avocado onto toasted bread 

5. add tomato and onion to top of bread, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. 

6. Fry 2 eggs and top the toast with it!
