My cookbook is written for women in the pre-conception, pregnancy and postpartum phases of growing a family. Over the course of my pregnancies I have learned so much about prenatal nutrition and what nutrient dense foods to eat to support both our health and our baby’s development. Nutrition is NOT a topic that most OBGYNs cover during the prenatal appointments, but it is so important to get right when starting a family.

You don’t have to be pregnant to use this cookbook. All these real food, nutrient dense recipes are amazing, and ones that I still cook for my family on repeat!
